Cancellation Terms
Orders can only be cancelled before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel the order.

Reason for Cancellation
If the order has not been shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund within 10 business days to the original method of payment.
If the order has been shipped, you can initiate a return once you receive the item. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for more details.
Order Changes
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify an order once it has been placed. If you need to make a change, we recommend cancelling the order (if eligible) and placing a new order.
Gift Orders
For gift orders, cancellations follow the same process as regular orders. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel a gift order.
Discounts & Promotions
If you cancel an order that has been placed using a discount or promotion code, the code will not be used again. If you have any questions about discounts, please contact us.
