1.Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the US.

2.How can I place an order?
You can order directly on our website. Just select the product, add to cart and proceed to checkout.

3. Do I have to pay shipping costs when exchanging/returning goods?
If the product is defective due to the manufacturer, we will pay the shipping costs. If the exchange is due to personal reasons, the customer will pay the costs.

4. How can I contact the shop?
You can contact us via email support@thepanthub.com or via the contact form on the website. We work from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.
